21 March: Alzheimer Nederland addresses dementia and voting

For people with dementia, voting can be quite an issue because of the difficulties people experience when they visit the polling station. Alzheimer Nederland has therefore made an instructional video encouraging polling stations to become dementia friendly.

16 April: EPAD publishes report on living with risk of dementia

A new paper by the European Prevention of Alzheimer’s Dementia (EPAD) initiative entitled "At, with and beyond risk: expectations of living with the possibility of future dementia" has examined expectations of the implications of learning test results related to dementia risk, based on focus group research conducted in UK and Spain.
