Conference still planned to take place in October!

During this time of uncertainty regarding the COVID-19  we would like to inform you that the Alzheimer Europe office is operating at a reduced level with staff working from home, but we assure you that we are still available should you need assistance or information on the conference proceedings.

Call for abstracts is still open!

Alzheimer Europe and Societatea Română Alzheimer are calling for abstracts for the upcoming 30th Alzheimer Europe Conference in Bucharest, Romania.

Abstracts for oral and poster presentations in English are welcome in the following categories:

Early bird registrations are open!

Take advantage of the early bird registration fees until 15 July 2020. Register now and benefit from the reduced registration fee of EUR 340 instead of EUR 475.

The full conference registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Delegate bag and final programme including the abstract book
  • Opening ceremony on 20 October
  • Scheduled coffee breaks on 21 and 22 October
  • Scheduled lunches on 21 and 22 October

Accommodation information

Alzheimer Europe was able to secure a number of rooms with special rates at the conference hotel JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel where the conference is being held. Please book by 20 September 2020 as past this date, all unused rooms will be released and subject to new prices.

  • Deluxe and Superior King room, single occupancy: 570 RON
  • Deluxe and Superior King room, double occupancy: 618 RON

These daily rates include access to the World Class Health Academy and breakfast in one of the onsite restaurants but are exclusive of taxes.
